Okay, so funny story - I stumbled upon this because of the game icon work you've done. I was browsing through for ones to use on a game I'm currently developing, and happened to notice your name on one, because of a silly comment. Then, after I saw that, I started to notice that you did quite a lot of the ones I was using (and even including some that I had used for a mod on another game sometime back)! Following a couple links got me here, and wow, am I glad it did!
So, onto the matter at hand here - this is absolutely amazing! I really like the narrative-driven approach, the freedom and creativity that it allows, and the rules-light mechanics (having rolls limited to players, and only against their own character sheet is a really unexpected way to go about things, but it looks really smooth). The premise itself is great. The world setting giving you enough to get the gears in your head turning, while still leaving a lot open to the imagination. The situation that players find themselves in, how their daytime and nighttime troubles are reflected in their stats, while still being very straightforward to work with. Also there's so much cool art throughout the pages, you've got such an awesome artistic style! Seriously, there is just so much to love about everything you've done here. I don't do a ton of tabletop gaming, but I've been pondering trying to grab some folks to try this out. Even if I don't end up doing that, it has definitely given me a lot to ponder about in terms of ideas.
And yeah, I also just want to give a personal thank you for your work! Both on this super cool system, as well as the game icons you've done - you are seriously awesome! Thank you for being who you are!
