i think you should be fine? ive heard of figuras main server flagging avatars that have folders/parts that refer to NSFW junk but i can't confirm or deny that. the alternative backend i personally use is "figura.nsfw.midygamy.me"
The model wasn't specifically made with VrChat in mind. I'm sure someone could port it to blender, then unity, but I don't have the knowledge of how to do that.
