I've been following this game since the first voting period, and I think it turned out quite well. I really like the background wave sounds as well as all the other sound effects. The gameplay of moving buildings around and placing floodwalls was quite engaging for me. I also really like the art style for both the game board and the characters. A complaint that I have is that there should be an instructions menu due to the fact that, even with the game's relative simplicity, I had some trouble understanding the mechanics at times. Great job overall! Definitely looking forward to any updates this game gets!

I've been following this game since the first voting period, and I really like how it turned out. The art style and music are both really good. I like the addition of activities to do in between days that both factor into the game's theme and have an impact on the gameplay. The Learn More menu is very comprehensive. The game itself is incredibly fun and has a lot of replayability. My only real complaint is that I feel like the music kind of drowns out the dogs barking or whining at times, decreasing their impact. Excellent job overall!

For some reason, I couldn't play the game no matter how many times I tried to open the download. Maybe it was a problem on my end, but ultimately I don't know. Despite this, I did like the art I saw in the previous submission, so good job there.

This has come very far since I last played it. I love the little barks and whines the dogs have whenever they  pick up a treat or step on hot pavement. It really draws me into the game. The gameplay is simple and very approachable, and offers a lot when it comes to replayability. As others have said, adding in the climate change facts would improve the story quite a bit. Otherwise, excellent job overall!

I really liked this build of the game! A lot was improved since the last demo. I thought that the art looked great, and I liked all the different options I had to protect the buildings. However, I noticed that I couldn't perform certain actions after I did them a few times. I'm assuming this is because of a resource system that was programmed in for balancing purposes. If this is the case, I think it would be good to add an indicator for how many more actions one can perform per round. Otherwise, great work!

I like the artstyle and the theme about flooding. More details will be useful in the long run. Definitely looking forward to playing it in the future!

Like Elhadg Diouf45, I couldn't play the game, but was able to watch the video. Definitely seems to have potential with the whole "avoid the diver while playing as a fish" vibe I got, but I also don't really see a vision for this game.

Loved the artstyle and sound design. Core gameplay loop is solid. Had some trouble moving blocks around at least partially due to the camera angle, but otherwise great game overall.

Loved the prototype! Figuring out the path that would make my dog lose the least amount of happiness was incredibly fun to do. The simplicity was also very nice. Definitely interested to see how you expand upon this. Great work!

Definitely like this idea. I am a big fan of top-down pixel games (I played a lot of old Pokemon games when I was younger), so I am enjoying the fact that this game scratches that itch.  The game seems to have a lot of moving parts to it, so it seems to me that it has a lot of replayability and room for improvement. I especially love that the limited amount of time that the player has also affects which areas will be hot based on their terrain. Looking forward to trying this out!

Love the logo and the art style in general. The premise is hilarious. I also love how you  integrate misinformation into the game as well as the catfishing phase in general. I am looking forward to playing this game!

I really like this game! I especially love the idea of having hidden information that will be useful to your strategy revealed to you if you talk to other people during the building phase, which makes the dialogue something that you want to seek out for its utility instead of just for fun. I'm definitely interested in trying this out.
