I'm glad to hear that, thank youuuu!

Thank you so much for playing and for the comment! By the way, I loved your game

Thanks for playing! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the visuals! We put a lot of effort into them.  Thanks also for your comment!

Thanks for playing! I'm glad to hear you liked the details. Thanks also for your comment!

Thanks for playing, and thank you for the suggestion!
While I was developing the game, I went with a "Game Over = restart" system because the game is relatively short. It usually takes around 5–7 minutes to reach World 2, so I didn't think it would be too frustrating.
That said, I completely understand your point. Having to restart the entire game just because you're still trying to understand a new mechanic isn't a great experience. I'll definitely look into adding some kind of continue system in a future update.
(And I'm already working on adding checkpoints!)
Thanks again for the feedback, and for taking the time to play the game!

Thanks for playing! So, I noticed some people asking about the weird enemy placement, but the lava sections are puzzle-based. You can skip the enemies if you are in the right world! Tbh, that was the whole point of the enemies on the tight platforms, but it's my first time doing level design, so the cutscenes probably didn't answer the questions very well. Also, Magma's Heart is unfortunately the most bugged level. I've fixed almost everything in the new patch, I'm just waiting for the jam to end to publish it. Anyway, thanks for your comment and patience as well!

Thanks for playing! So glad you enjoyed the vibe, art, and music. Regarding the stun mechanic and enemy placement, you’re spot on those tight spots can be pretty unforgiving. I’ve decided to keep it as it is for this project, but that's great feedback for me to take into my next one! Glad to hear the extra lives helped balance things out a bit. Thanks for the kind words, I'll be sure to check out your game soon!

Nice game!

Thanks For Playing! The "Weird enemy placement" are just some trolls I fought that would be pretty funny to do. Just like some NES/SNES Games did. And don't worry, I'm bad at platforms as well! I'm currently working on improving some parts, so stay tuned!

Thanks for playing! (also, i want more of druny lane)

Man, really thanks for playing and for the gameplay! Thanks for the compliments on the aesthetics and gameplay. This is literally my second finished game, so it means a lot to me! Regarding the black rectangle transitions (the fades), I tried to go for a 'classic-modern' NES-style look, which is why some aspects are a bit smoother than they would have been on original hardware. I'm really glad you liked the soundtrack! After this jam, I’m planning an update to address some of the design hurdles, so it’ll be a bit less punishing. Again, thanks for your time and for the awesome feedback! And what about the criticism? Honestly, it's totally fair, balance is everything!

crazy stuff

Thanks for playing! And YEAHHH, for some reason, the attack animation is SO SMOOTH 😭😭. I don't know what the artist was thinking, but it's kinda cool. Thanks for your time too!

Thanks For Playing and WOW, I'm really happy to hear that you liked THAT much of the game! and Thanks for your comment too!

Thanks!! (valeu!! boa sorte pra ti)

Thanks!

ABRA. KADABRA.

Thanks for Playing! Yes, the jumps are pretty precise! I'm happy to hear that you liked it!

Thank you for playing! Yesss, it's kind of difficult 😭
I'm really glad you enjoyed it. If you decide to give it another try someday, good luck! I'm sure you'll make it to the end!

Thanks for playing! I actually spent hours playing NES games before the jam trying to absorb as much as I could from them. I'm really glad to hear the game managed to capture that feeling and, most importantly, that you had fun with it!

Yay!!

Thanks for the comment! So, I’m taking note of this criterion for more enemy variety, but for now it’s out of scope (I’m already working on something else, since this project went to a game jam). About the browser, I really DON’T KNOW what’s causing this lag. Yes, The enemies do get deleted when they die. In fact, the Windows version runs on a 2GB RAM PC without any FPS drop. I think GameMaker has issues with HTML5.
If you can, please use the Windows version.
Again, thank you for the feedback!

EDIT: I made a patch, I would appreciate it if you could take a look later to see if it solved the problem.

Thank you for your feedback and for playing! I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more future content. I tried to play your game but unfortunately my PC couldn't run it o-0 (but great job From the images I saw! I wish I could play 😞🙏).

I saw that you mentioned in the description that this is your second jam. I’m not sure what the original idea of this project was, but I think something got lost along the way. In future projects, focus on learning about game feel and giving the player more "fairness." Your game isn’t bad, just pretty unfair, and that alone can make even the best things complicated. Anyway, good job on delivering the project! (trust me your games are going to be wonderful!)

Amazing game! My best attempt on impossible mode was 11. I beat normal mode on the second try. Only the audio was a bit lower than usual for me, but nothing that gets in the way of the game. Great job!

Thank you for your feedback, and especially for having enjoyed the game! It's my first 100% completed game so I was kind of insecure about it. (By the way, I loved your game!)

I loved the game! I wish it had more levels, but the game is really good! The challenge is perfect, I finished it in just over 5 minutes, but I really enjoyed it! (I hope you make a version with more levels, I will definitely play if there is one!)

Thank you! I'm not sure if I plan to continue this project, but I'll take a look! Thanks for the suggestions as well. <3

sempre amor

jogo lixo, desista de ser dev.
100/10

Geral:7/10

Thanks man (i loved your game)

thankssss!

Thanks! :) Look, this game is a little 'broken', I will take a break, learn more, and in the future, I will fix everything and release an infinitely better 'Remake' here. (And about the period, I really didn't notice, oops)

Thank you! yours too!

I had some additional plans (you can see from the unused sprites) but I thought it was better to leave it alone. and, yea

The initial proposal seems great, but the game is a little confusing. Even with the information in the description, it still takes some time to “understand.” But it's a good project. (like, 6/10)
