I like the game, if I buy it will i get all the  patron codes or do I still need to join patron?

Can anyone help? I've tried several times to download this game. It downloads but won't install, I even tried through Mega but the same result. Either I get not installed or the download got parsed message whatever that means. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't get it to open on my Android tablet.
