(MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!!!)
This has got to be one of the best VN for Novembuck.
I was rooting for Swift to have fun on his very first Fur-Con.
But seeing what his three day experience was like broke my heart and made me scared that my first fur-con will be similar to this. As someone who's also in the closet, I can relate to this guy personally.
I loved all the cast of characters (Expect for you know who.)
Blake is just a wild person that we all have in our friend group. Queer or straight. But I coludn't help but love them for it.
Then there's Osgood whom was some I can relate to (Personality wise until I read what the lunatic was really like.)
And there's Diesel....oh dear God.
You know at first I thought we were gonna have a beefy daddy rearrange our guts but when I saw the god-forsaking confederate flag on the back of his hat I went, AW HELL NAW!!!
The next day we met the hunk opossum that is Hammer (He's the dude in the thumbnail.)
He leads swift to where the tragedy that was the orlando shooting was in to repaint the memorial.
(Still pisses me off that stupid ass politicians keep shoving their horrific agendas to a problem that never even existed.)
God did I want that sexy daddy so damn bad and when he said, "How else am I gonna work up the courage to beg a cute boy to let me smash his guts in~?" I almost fainted.
Too bad he's married. (I don't hate open relationships, but I personally don't feel comfortable sharing a boyfriend/Spouse in bed either.)
Then when the third day happened and Swift ends up meeting with Osgood again in the arcades and he confessed his desire for Swift I went.
Welp, at least there's one person that likes us.
Boy was I dead wrong, first problem was that he rushed in to live with him and I'm had the same reaction as Swift did like dude, I have a life of my own, don't you think you're rushing a bit too fast ?
But then he said that Swift was being a Whore with a capital W.H.O.R.E
And i'm just like, "Dude, really ?" and with Swift having a massive meltdown, confessing how hard it is being in the closet, I almost cried there cause that's what I have to deal with on daily basis, and now it's even worst with you know who in the white house.
When he went into the Uber and texted the message on Grinder and that ringtone popped up I just went, "Is this a Zcik reference ?"
But even that was just a dream too.
But when he was asked if he could come the next fur-con and he had a smile on his face, I smiled alongside with him.
But yeah that's my overall small review of this wonderful short slice of life VN.
