Thanks for the kind words! Means a lot!

👁️

Once you complete the first puzzle, you can click on the blue notebook to get inside the house.

Love this demo! It hits all the old school castlevania vibes. Can't wait to see more.

I think expanding the number of plants to open up more strategic options would be welcome. I liked how the peppers (I think???) got an adjacency bonus which was cool, and it'd be interesting to have other plants care about where / when / how they're planted. Maybe a plant that likes to be planted in the shade of another plant. Or a plant that makes adjacent plants grow slower but has a big effect.

This is also a taste thing, but I wonder if the rate of growing and harvesting was almost a touch too fast? Like you definitely want a bit of that frantic feeling, but I wound up just mashing the plants to keep my plots filled. Maybe if it slowed down just a smidge, players could engage more with the "where do I place things" puzzle a bit more.

Excited to see more though! Felt really polished and fun as-is.

Always love a good match game. Great work!

Embarrassing yourself in front of your date's parents is such a funny premise for a game. Very cool!

This seems like a promising idea! I really love the idea of the bird identifying mechanics. Can't wait to see more!

Wow, this is FANTASTIC! It's really satisfying when you make a new connection between words and open up new possibilities. Plus the UI looks so clean and nice!

This is great! Liked the strategy of the special powerups. Awesome work!

Yeaaaah, Hypnospace Outlaw for life! Excited to see more of this, and I hope you keep working on it!

Yoooo. This game was so fun to play at the in-person meetup! Loved the Dr. Mario / Tetris Attack vibes on this one. Great work!

Thanks for the kind words! We all had a lot of fun making this project. If you feel moved to do so, feel free to drop a rating and tell your friends!

Hope that helps! Let us know what you think when you get to the ending!

Loved this! I've played a lot of Tetris Attack and Dr. Mario, so I felt right at home in this. It took me a minute to get a hang of the flex mechanic, but I really loved it as a method to mix up the board when I was building myself into a corner. Also the music is a banger, really enjoyable. Great work all around!

Great little game! Love the aesthetic and the wonderful art. I was team mushroom all the way. I liked the multiverse tic-tac-to mechanics and got to a high score of 5. I'm sure someone can get higher though!

Amazing work! Love the visuals. Got to the ending in a nice amount of time. The second to last puzzle was real tough -- I especially loved the puzzles where you're controlling multiple slimes at the same time. Fantastic work for this puzzle jam project!

Great little game! The bouncing debris is really satisfying and times when I was able to ping-pong stuff off one another felt really cool. I wish there was a little more feedback on the click and drag, but other than that-- felt like a great project!

Played this at the showcase event last night, and it was awesome! Loved the frantic feeling of trying to plant and harvest while remembering to position your peppers correctly. Super fun, totally feels like you could expand it out!

Love this! It's super cute, the character sprites and animation when they're skating are awesome. Great work!

Wow, this is awesome! Love this simple premise exploded out into a great li'l puzzle game! (pun sort of intended)

Wow, super satisfying to play. Love the sound effects and the sarcastic UI!

Love it! Love how it was short and right to the point of getting to do fun, silly stuff with the drag and drop and YELLING.

Wow, such a cool game! I love the time rewinding and the variable player powers. My favorite power up was definitely the flame one where I shot out a million projectiles. Great work!

This is AMAZING! I love stern Abraham Lincoln as a dog -- it's like his canine form is his ultimate evolution! Plus the match three game as laying down hats is really surprising, creative, and fun. Awesome work! SKA FOREVER!

Congrats, such an awesome game! Got to the end with a very thin deck and big multiplying score and ore-ium! Great work!

Great little game! Got a high score of 556. Cool to see someone else making a bullet hell game!

Woo! Love the kick pose on this one. I got a high score of 63. The best part? No needing to babysit the President's daughter!

This is great! When are you going to add a feature where we can drink the soup in real life? Asking for a friend.

Love it! Also cool to see that you also used Dialogic for your godot project! I've used that for the past couple of games and have been enjoying it, even if I wish it was easier to customize!

Yay! Great stuff, although it felt somehow wrong to be blowing up all those Pig Squad mascots!

Great stuff! I got up to 250 seconds. I developed a strategy of finding a villager and then just lurking nearby until my health was low then swooping in to top myself off before running off to find someone new. Nice work!
