I'm an attorney. I know what fraud means. Would you like my bar number?  In layman's terms, I was cautioning the creator to stop selling something, at least temporarily, that they knew did not work, which would be a false representation of a material fact.  I purchased TITS long ago. I like the program and wanted to warn the creator that any new purchases could subject them to litigation.   

Hey Remasuri3, you should probably take this product down until you can't update it. It simply doesn't work right now. I've gotten my money's worth but if someone buys it now you're committing fraud.
