I loved the game! The art looks great too! The delay between the input and the cast was confusing at the beginning but I got used to it. Also it took time to get used to switching between looking at the UI on the right and the gameplay window. But those are some minor fixes. I loved the game otherwise!

Thank you! I get what you are saying. The initial idea was to make sprites that look drenched as well, but we settled for a particle effect instead which ruined the theme lol..

Thank you! And I agree, there should be more NPCs to keep the player engaged. And no, there is no win condition. Your score increases as you hit the walking NPCs, but hitting the wheelchair lady lights up a beacon, and three beacons spawn a police car and restarts the game.
