This is a pretty cool game, I've been playing the windows build on wine in Linux, perhaps that's why there're some really annoying bugs, but really please check it.
1. Damage zones should only be active for an instant/only during motion. It's frustrating to get hit by an explosion that occurred half a second ago, or still getting hurt by the first boss's arms after its slam attack.
2. The enemy AI in middle of a chain attack tend to not track me at all, especially noticeable with the second boss, it just performs a series of swings and thrusts to the front while I'm casually smacking it right by its side.
3. Minor tweak, it would be nice if all cutscenes could be fastforwarded with ESC, and that ESC and/or C always works for skipping/closing menus. I have to look at the same cutscenes everytime I die... Haha...

All in all though, this game has potential, with some more polishing here and there I'd say it's a really good game!

Oooh btw the video is outdated, I'll update it as soon as I have time! '^^

(1 week later...)
I still haven't made a new one... Am adding new features like staggering and stunning.

Please leave some feedback to improve the game! ^^

I haven't really ported any RogueBlade II features over, in a way I think that RogueBlade II became too easy... Although I'll port features between the two versions depending on player's preference.

Coins are useless for now since I didn't add shops yet, and currently there's only 1 level with all opponents available.

Fun fact- I accidentally replaced some uploads of RogueBladeI when uploading this so now there's only Mac and Windows build for the original game... Oopsie...
