Wow ! I enjoyed the depth in the layers. The music was great, and the game, while simple, was polished in its goal - collecting mail lol - the only thing that was jarring was how the trees get instantiated/deinstantiated right on the screen :)

WOW It's like Stacklands!! I LOVE Card stacking games. This is my favorite game of the jam. The only kind of annoying thing was that the stump pulled all of the lil dudes away. It was very comfy! Not very autumn themed but COMFY ! I would've liked a feature to automatte seed placement a little more. AMAZING work :)
Wow this is easily one of the most polished entries. The details with audio, the little animations (the chop!!!), the smoothness of the game itself....spectacular. The only thing I didn't love was the roulette - I would've liked something more skill based. The journal entries were an excellent detail (wish the game would've paused so I could get 0 angry customers). I loved the "lore" in the interacitons w customers too. WOW! Great work.
I liked the contrast between the peacful, leaf-loving beginning and the frightening leaf monster chase haha ! The art style was cute and consistent, and the audio wasn't overwhelming. I did have a glitch where the leaf monster didn't chase me on the first level. I think it would've been enjoyable to have a more cozy mode where you have to restart at checkpoints rather than the beginning. Overall good and engaging game :)
I liked the ghost model and the challenge :) I also like how it kept track of how many candy corns you got ! The game felt smooth! A few things: the camera angle was a little frustrating - I couldn't tell how far I was from the scythe - maybe more of an angled view would be better. This also felt very Halloween/spooky themed rather than comfy.
I like the art, and this looks like a great start! I appreciated the shuffle button bc I am bad at these games HAHA
I would've like some sort of sense of progression or achievement or like little powerups to make it more fun for longer :) I loved the ambient sound but I feel like music is important for these kinds of games. Good work.
Hiii! I liked the game - brought a smile to my face. The music was (although sometimes a little intense) spectacular. I liked the part where I had to figure out the meaning of the icons, but the difference in art style for them was a little jarring. I would've loved some sort of UI element to indicate my score to give it a bit more of a sense of progression, but overall very fun and well-functioning!
Thank you so much! Yes - I think for future game jams, we will maybe have less particle effects on the web version of the game and also leave some "loading time" so that the lag/loading isn't so jarring. Oh gosh! I'll have to debug what's going on with the not accepting pies. Will check our your game ASAP!!
