good morning I downloaded the linux version on my pc with the latest version of linux mint installed but when I open the program the program window opens for a few seconds and then closes and there is no possibility of using it can you tell me why this happens? Thanks for your reply

buongiorno ho scaricato la versione per linux sul mio pc con installato l'ultima versione di  linux mint ma quando apro il programma si apre la finestra del programma per qualche secondo e poi si chiude  e non c'è possibilità di usarlo mi sa dire come  mai succede questo? Grazie per una sua risposta
