nevermind i find a slime boss that i missed

I have been playing for ober 16 hours and last 4 of them i spend searching how to unlock gallery, where i can unlock it and i find that there are 3 rooms for NPS in digiverse but only 2 are occupaped by the end of the story so far, is it suppose to be like it? 

I can't talk with NPS. Every time i do that i get softlock also i can't see items in hand so it is diffiuct to use right on. How to fix it?
