I think the game would really benefit from a tighter soundtrack that matched the beats we hit as the player if you decide to put more time into this and make a full release on steam. Otherwise game is super creative and fun.
The game could be really entertaining but the crime is super uninteresting honestly and I think you have way too many suspects for attention to be maintained over as long as the game is. Maybe just 3 would've been better and more tightly focused.
This might be the best game I've seen so far this game jam. I love the concept and I also love the combination of the doctor/driving minigames, it's a really intense and fun combo. However, and I'm sure you know this. There is a level of fun in discovering patient by patient what works and what doesn't in certain medical situations, but having a medical journal to study before going on call would be really helpful. Kinda on you for deciding what vision you want to pursue if you fully develop this game. (I think you totally should btw I would buy this on steam and love it if it was a fully realized vision) Also, a minimap and some slight adjustments on hospital distance I think is necessary. Overall though if this game didn't have the problems it does it would be perfect. I also really love the failure texts it adds A LOT of flavor.
