The Missing Finale is a free English-only cooperative deduction prototype for 2–3 adults. Everyone plays: three players take A/B/C; two players split A+C versus B. No game master, installation, printing or special props are needed. The target is 15–20 minutes, but that timing has not been tested with people.

Play The Missing Finale in your browser. Each player opens the same page on their own device; devices do not synchronise.

Generative AI assisted the scenario, text, code and cover design. The role evidence has had a programmatic logic check, but there has been no human playtest or native-speaker review yet.

I am looking for three groups that actually play, ideally including a two-player and a three-player group. Can you follow the instructions without help from the author, and does exchanging separate clues help your team solve the case?

Could one adult reply with: group size; setup/play/reveal time; whether all three questions were solved before the reveal; hints used; the first unclear instruction; and one spoiler-free example of information from another player changing your reasoning? Please also say if one player did most of the work or was mostly waiting.

If you only read the documents, label your reply “file review”; that will be counted separately. Keep answers and solution details out of public replies. Do not include names, emails, recordings or personal details. No donation or payment is requested.

The first feedback round lasts 14 days or until three played-group reports arrive. I will update this topic when it closes.
