i think just downloading the game and opening it should work perfectly fine. as far as i'm aware the save files are located somewhere in your documents. so just download the game, delete the old version, and run the new one. that worked for me
pretty sure with NTR they mean cuckoldry because they literally listed cheating and then put "no ntr" in brackets.
