I'll add to this suggestion an option to annex all puppet states of a nation, so it would be easier to simulate some WW2 Scenarios like "puppetarization" of Vichy France.

Can you add an Option to core all Cities in a Country? I'm tired of manually Core-ing every single city in the VERY Detailed Custom Scenarios...

and also add "Unite" and "Seize" and Civil War features, I really liked those suggestions

Please add WWI/WWII/Ottoman era/Revolts flags, i don't like the need to save every single flag of it on Custom flag packs :\
