So let's say that I successfully challenge my opponent at a Jack. If he played an Ace (which I correctly guessed) my successful challenge would force my opponent to count his Ace as an 11 (worse than any normal result in this instance)? At which point I could play a 10 and still win that Event?

Rules say: After revealing the cards, each correctly challenged card does not count for that Event. Resolve the Event normally.

If the challenged card does not count, why would the Event need to be resolved? Wouldn't the other Knight (the one who correctly applied their Joker) automatically win the Event?

Likewise, if both Knights correctly apply their Joker at the same Event, wouldn't that Event just not score at all?
