Not sure why "Your Mom" wasn't the correct answer in the interrogation. Might want to check out that bug. Loved the stick art and the cop had a great stache. Great work!

Serious as a Heart Attack quick little shoot-em-up. I hope you enjoy!

Gambling? Say no more.

I can't agree with that statement more. It really is just how consistent can you be. Keep at it!

Thank you! Your fishing game was excellent!

This was a really neat concept. Never heard of pachinko, but now I feel like I need to go to Tokyo. Great job on all the art!

Thank you so much! Completely agree on the variety element.

I catch the fish. I cook the fish. Had me hooked. Love the art and the day cycles. Great job on this one!

Oh how the turn tables.... What a great concept and execution! I really love the art, and I thought the difficulty scaling felt well paced. I would love to see how other beats could play into this - both to spice up the music you get to hear as well as how it could change speed/pacing.

Great game!

The screenshots alone look great! I'll check it out now.

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to post on here to say how the wife and I are incredibly blown away by this community! The amount of positivity, support, and pure creativity we are seeing is so infectious.

This was officially our first game jam. We are both 33 with two toddlers running around, so our time is pretty limited these days. I started learning how to code back in November,  just a little bit every day.  The wife and I have always tossed around making a game so when this game jam showed up on my feed, I looked at our schedules and the stars aligned where we would have some extra free time, so we went for it.

I am so glad we did. There is something so incredibly unique and rewarding to do something so creative and fun, and then have others also get to play and react to what you have made. I know it's dramatic but it feels completely surreal.

I really want to take this energy and creativity and continue to push to make more games. Thank you to Juniper and the organizers! Stay inspired everyone and keep pushing! I can't wait to play more of y'alls games! I would also love to hear other people's stories and journeys.

Serious as a Heart Attack (I'll rate any that I can get to if you drop a link 😉)

Pizza Time! What a neat cooking game. I think adding a timer to raise the stakes could be neat. Great job on this one!

Great game and creativity! I love the variety of all the puzzles with just enough of a hint on how to get through them. I think adding in some audio would only elevate it. Excellent potential on this one!

Y'all seriously need a round of applause on this one. The art, audio, dialogue, and theme are all fantastic. If you are going to develop this further/had more time, I think an inventory system and being able to customize the order of the items on the wheel before each battle could be neat. I experienced a couple bugs. During the cotton candy fight all the icons for the enemy got super small. On the final fight (I believe) it froze after I beat the enemy. Really top notch entry!!

Nice score! Thank you so much for the suggestions and kind words!

Thank you for the feedback and playing our game! I figured out how to enable launch in full screen on the page, which I think helps some.

Totally agree on the number of enemies. We had plans for plaque on the walls, bacteria that might chase you, and power-ups, but just ran out of time 😔. Never thought about them getting past you. I wonder if I could decrease the wave amounts and have it take away points if they do get past. Was it more fun with more enemies or trying to keep them from getting past? Thank you so much for playing and the great feedback!

Seriously good time. Someone needs to take my keys. Fantastic art, visuals, and spin to win mechanic. Love the random spawns and enemy pathing logic.

Great turn around on this! Super simple but it still had me hooked to keep on spinning. Love the pixel art. Would be neat to see some gambling aspect or other ways you could expand on the concept.

Thank you for playing!

Love the concept and the aesthetic. Very spin to win. However, the first level (if there are others) was very difficult. It was frustratingly addicting. So with some progressive level work, I think this could be great.

Thank you for playing! Great idea! Full screen is a definite future add. 😁

My wife says thank you for the comments on her art! Thank you for playing! 😁

Could you please expand more on how the theme isn't fitting and how I could have better hit the mark? My interpretation of the "spin to win" was to incorporate the CPR spinner, spinning enemies, and projectiles. Thank you for playing and rating it! 😁
