You should be able to run it, did you extract it? If not you need to use the ez zip site.
You probably have a virus and it infected your executable, after running a scan download it again and using microsoft defender add it to excluded files.
Nice job, it's premade to avoid a softlock and it feels intuitive, veyr cool.
Very well done but you could put some text on the screen for the buttons tho. User friendliness is essential especially in indie games.
