The folder's unzipped, I don't have CCleaner installed, and system settings don't appear to be doing anything. I guess via process of elimination it might be an antivirus thing, since I haven't really touched the default program my laptop came with. 

I'm getting a message that says "ERROR: CANNOT CREATE TEMPORARY  FILES" on the loading screen, but saves still aren't working even after I've gone into the Control Panel and changed the Flash storage settings to Allow- is there anything else I can try doing to fix this?
