Thank you and its okay, I just wanted let you know about it..
So, I equiped some augments in blade "Eagle" and kind of returned it to Aiyana before unequiping them and lost them. And realised it after few hours of gameplay later.

Don't know why but I am not able to progress with Cassedy so I can recruit Scuffy . Please help me, I have already annexed the Luminuos Order.
