So, I might update this as I play further into the game, but i'm on night 4 so far so I have some general notes, good and bad, to make about this one.

The Good: -The game does a really good job at steadily ramping up the difficulty, even into night 4 it never feels like any particular character or AI spikes the difficulty like night 4 in the first game did. And the introduction to each character, with a brief explanation of them really helps to smooth any points new characters could add, but it's not perfect i'll get to that later.

-The animations and gameplay is a lot more varied than the first one, I haven't got to a point where I feel like I'm just doing the same exact stuff every level just finding space for the new thing to pay attention to.

-The interviews are really nice additions, and definitely help break up the stress of the nights, feeling somewhat like a horror puzzle instead of just stress-testing awareness

The Bad: -It's called five nights with fatties, not five nights in fatties, this is a personal taste but there's way too much vore for me. There's very little in the way of fattening/inflating the player, and the ones that do it are all the easier ones to avoid. I've never actually lost any way other than vore, which is a bit disapointing IMO

-I mentioned it earlier but some of the descriptions for the interviews were a bit tricky to figure out. I don't even know if I did the 3rd interview right, but it worked. I get that learning the mechanics is part of the game though and for the most part, it hasn't taken more than 2 or 3 tries to figure out something that worked.

-while the difficulty does progress pretty smoothly, i feel like that's mostly because the new additions are harder. Every level feels more like I just figure out how to stop the new thing, and finishing the previous level meant I didn't have trouble with those additions anymore.

I'd give this a good 7/10. It's a good game, even if the idea and outcome are a bit at odds, but aside from personal taste and minor balancing due to having so many OCs to add it's def worth playing. A great successor to the first game, and it being a bit easier overall, or at least training the player on the enemies faster, is a big part of that.

Update after beating the game:

A lot of my initial thoughts were confirmed after beating the last few nights. Night 6 was pretty easy compared to the rest, but I feel like the reasoning justifies this.
After going through and intentionally losing to everyone in custom night, i did see that only 4 of the game overs actually were fatty/inflation, so a solid 2/3rds of the game overs are vore, just go in knowing that.

Once you figure out how to manage everyone, it all seems to become pretty easy to balance, I just don't have the patience to struggle through 12/20, i don't play dark souls for a reason, and something like that feels like it would kinda have the same push. But anyone should be able to beat this given they are ready to learn mechanics, nothing felt super random or unfair.

Is there any more recent versions of the beta? the last one here is from 2020 but I don't know if there's more on patreon or something

I have 2 major suggestions and 1 kinda minor one.
First of all, look at speeding up the walk speed a little bit, maybe add a sprint mechanic or something but it just feels a bit slow when backtracking through areas you already went through and found nothing.
Secondly, possibly up the spawn rate of the red and green potions, as I usually got a game over before finding 2 or 3 of either.

As for the minor suggestion, possibly add a timer/countdown or something like that to let you know how much time you have left

These could help a bit more with mitigating losing just because you went down a hallway and found nothing

i'm getting the first cutscene of the girl walking across the screen, then it just goes to black
