Hello :) I am unsure how selecting a Special Ability works...Step 9 of character creation says to 'record your characters special action', which implies you have one; but in the Path sections it says 'choose one per settlement'. Do I start with one, and then gain one each time I reach a settlement? Do I have access to all of them, but can only use one per settlement like the 'Between Stops' events?

I would just like to check that I am plain the Keen Observer (Finch) correctly. It says that after a Moment is resolved I can reroll to gain additional keepsake chance. In my scenario I rolled 2 Effort dice and 1 Challenge die, and the result was a setback with 0 keepsakes. I performed a Focus action to gain a Keepsake Fragment.
Does Keen Observer mean that I can then reroll the 2 Effort dice and 1 Challenge die, I get just whatever Keepsakes come from that margin of victory? Eg, my second roll was the plot twist result which gives 2 Keepsake Fragments, which combined with the 1 I got in the initial results would mean I end this moment with 3?
