Hey there I had some luck in getting around that glitch. Might not work but give it a try 

For the piece under the jar you want to position yourself by clicking the jar and then clicking like hell. That actually helped me out try to match up with the arrow that pops when it tries to autopath you to the blueprint piece. 

Same concept with the full blueprint getting close to the target for the autopath spot and clicking like hell got me past it. 

I hope it works for you if you happen to try it. 

I would make sure you're on the far side of the trashcan close to where the arrows show up when you click on it to path to it. 

Gotta make sure you're in the right position as close as possible for both situations and really click a lot.

Problem: In the 3rd room with the jar. Pomu won't go to the proper location to get the puzzle piece it just quickly shows the arrows as if you clicked there. 

Solution: Walked Pomu right up to the trashcan where it shows that pathing should go and then clicked on the piece and the problem was solved.

Another problem seems like Pomu doesn't want to walk in front of the desk in that same room. Got close by clicking the jar and then violently clicking the blueprints 

Beat it. Worth.
