Nah had a look last night, i think that particular dryer is just a grain bin, there are no propane tanks to fill and when trying to dump propane from a tanker the message "propane is not accepted here"

I ended up just deleting the silo and putting down the AGI one in it's place.

I second this, farm 22 doesn't have propane tanks attached to the dryer, I can't seem to find a trigger either

I find that if a load gets stuck at 88-89% it's usually a crop mod conflict. Don't load anything that add's different crops or adjusts the ones listed for the map you are trying to load. Also disable the straw harvest pack (if you have it), that causes all kinds of issues with some maps. Hope you get it sorted mate
