Hi there, thank you for the kind words! A native Quest port has been on my mind for a while (as well as a traditional visual novel adaptation). The truth is that I just don't have the time to port it at this time, I'd have to dedicate a few days at least just to upgrade the Unity version and test it and optimize it. I'm working a full time job that is absolutely draining me physically, mentally, and emotionally, and what few days off I have are spent just recovering from the job.
But never say never; there's always a chance I could eventually find that time. Like I said, it's been on my radar for a while! If I can find time (or even someone willing to help) then I'll let you know.
Thanks again for the kind words!
Hi there, thanks for reaching out!
Yes, I do plan on re-releasing a physical copy as soon as I can find another distributor. Supply chain issues and chip shortages notwithstanding, I'll update the Mona and the Witch's Hat Deluxe page with new links whenever that happens.
Thanks again!
Hi there! Thank you for playing Mona and the Witch's Hat. You won't be able to get past the first pot you come across, you'll need to take a higher route above. The easiest way to get past the pots from that point onwards is to time your jump so that the fork/knife is almost landing back in the pot by the time you jump over it.
Here's a video walkthrough in case my explanation doesn't work (Jump to the 44 second mark):
Thanks again!Maybe I'm just dumb, but I didn't know where to find the coffin to put the bodies in. Ended up slinging a dead carcass around for five minutes knocking over my books and lanterns. Best dead carcass slinging simulator I've ever played though. I like the dancing too.
Jokes aside, I think it would benefit from some better camera controls. Maybe A and D to turn the camera, W and S to move the character forwards/backwards instead of being controlled by the mouse.
