a linux distro is a os to explain it somehow, maybe you have heard of ubuntu for example

somewhere i read linux mint xfce works nice on chromebook, but anyways its okay if you dont want to do it, its understandable you fear breaking it, maybe this will work: 

have you tried to just install a linux distro instead on your chromebook?

when i open the exe file it closes, i use it in windows 10 and i tried putting the pck files of linux and mac in the same folder, open it as administrator, open it from the zip file, etc. and nothing works, does somebody know how to fix it?
