After consideration, I realized that if an image needs a written explanation to not be misunderstood it failed its purpose.

I still stand by my intent: critiquing Western hypocrisy and symbol co‑optation. But the execution was confusing and caused unintended harm. That’s on me.

I’ll replace that image with something clearer Appreciate you pushing me to think harder.

First of all, thanks for playing the game! This means a lot especially in the current circumstances.

Secondly, about the symbolism - I want to answer carefully. Thanks for raising this. I appreciate you asking rather than assuming bad intent. Let me give you the full context, because the symbol doesn’t appear alone.

My game’s intro is a slideshow. Each line of text appears with an image. Here is the sequence around that symbol:

“And when a crack threatens the structure of the world’s owners - whether from a small social advance or an antagonistic force… The mask falls. Their hypocrisy surfaces.

  • Image of the world ‘owners’

“The new pact of the bourgeoisie is sealed. Tragedy for humanity is legalized.” Their thrones untouched. The means of production run at full steam, generating exorbitant profit for them. And for us.. For us nothing.

  • This is where the Black Sun + Star of David appears with the White House behind it.

“They turned the different, the foreigner, the other into a common enemy. They were not born with a license to exist.”

  • Image of police arresting a person

The symbol is not there to equate Jews with Nazis. It’s there to show how fascism corrupts and poisons all symbols. Including those of its victims. The Black Sun is a fascist emblem. Placing it alongside the Star of David represents how the far‑right appropriates and weaponizes Jewish identity (for example, by claiming “judeo‑christian values” while persecuting Jews and Palestinians).

The White House behind the flags makes it clear: this is a critique of Western power and capitalist hypocrisy not an attack on Jewish people.

I understand the symbol is still painful to see. I’m absolutely against antisemitism and against using antisemitism accusations to shield state violence.

Thank you for holding me accountable That is how we make better more conscious art :)

This one is really fun! I love incremental gameplay and you did great in this one! Congrats your submission! Awesome work

I can see myself in this game. And it hits hard because it brings back bad memories from my own life.

You have perfectly captured one of the key aspects of modern life: the systematic depression caused by our productive system. This isn’t a personal failing. Just surviving. An symptom of a sick system. Thank you for making this. Well done.

Gosh what a terrible situation. I hope that man is okay or at least safe wherever he is. But I have to be honest: I feel powerless and scared. I keep hearing news just like what you described. I saw this jam as an opportunity to try to relieve that feeling… even just a little

Thank you for sharing that story. It makes me want to keep going

It took me awhile to understand what was happening. After some scenes, then I get it. Oh it hits hard indeed. The disturbing GB graphics with the lack of sound make the experience more unsettling. This is a deeper critic of capitalism

I missed one Meownifesto page’s somewhere and I was not able to enter to the final. Probably my cats would enjoy reading Catmunist Meownifesto

Loved it! Such a complete game! Great aesthetic, levels and nice sound work. Fits the theme perfectly. I especially appreciated the parallel between fighting those brainrot degenerate figures and how we consume data. Well done!

You understood exactly what I was trying to say - an horror movie. The comparison to Zombies Ate My Neighbors as neighbors just ‘disappearing’ is spot on for how fascism creeps in. I’m really glad the message landed with you. Thanks again for such a thoughtful comment!

Thank you! Really glad the message landed and you had fun with it.

And I really appreciate the bug report. You have no idea how many days I’ve sunk into trying to fix that exact issue…. will try to fix it. Thanks again!

Thanks for the kind and thoughtful response! The art is gorgeous, and I’m glad you pushed yourself outside your usual style. Keep it up!

And I would love to read about more TTRPGs and anti-capitalism!

Hey, I think the link is broken! I was not able to access the page.

I always thought Germany was a great example of recycling. I lived there for a year and was really impressed by how well-educated people are on the matter. I had no idea most of the plastic waste was exported to Turkey

About the game: the aesthetic is great which reminds me of older 2000s games with that unhopeful tone. Really fits the theme!

Love the idea of an anti-corporate dungeon crawler. The premise as written reads more like a general escape story than clear corporate satire. Id love to see that theme sharpened a bit. Otherwise the look and feel are great. Nice work!

Oh I love builders, but not the destructive ones. I quite liked the game but I didn’t get the message. What are the bombs? Are the bombs planted by some kind of Luigi Mangionne style figure because I’m profit addicted? I did a learn an leasson today - the will of greed: destroy, get profit or may you get killed

Im not much into TTRPGs, but I wanted to leave some thoughts. First off the art looks amazing. Really professional and well done. You can tell a lot of care went into the presentation

That said, for this specific jam (Fuck Capitalism), I feel like the game doesnt quite fit the theme. It reads more like a supernatural thriller about running a record label than a critique of capitalism. Still on its own terms, it’s a very polished and creative project. Thanks for sharing it!

Great graphic style and super polished! Love the card-combo mechanic. Last boss battle is hardthough! One suggestion: add some progress feedback would be nice to see how much battles we need to reach the end. Otherwise, awesome work. Congrats on the submission!

This is very well done! My only gripe (shared with others) is that restarting from scratch feels a bit frustrating. Still, fuck capitalism! Congrats in your submission!

The game has potential, but I miss some challenges like enemies. It could be something abstract, such as expensive health insurance bills. That said reaching the end of each level is a lovely little reward in itself

Love the micro-experience! that's it: modern capitalist cities dont have resting places. only productive and paid experiences

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed. Means a lot :)

Never imagined that I would date… Capitalism?! What a toxic guy. Jeez. Even though I’m very persistent by working all day to earn money through mini-games... I kept asking myself: can I really fix him? In the end, I personally preferred his sister or even the mysterious old grandpa.

I love the concept and the pixel art, the mini-game mechanics. I did run into an issue: when trying to deliver the gift to the grandpa, the 'Choose Gift' menu was empty, so I couldn’t give him the fake perfume. Congrats in your game Three Frogs!
