this was adorable! i had such a blast playing it and the "congrats you paid your rent!" made me laugh! i didn't run into any major problems playing, other than getting stuck on the corner of a platform, which was quickly remedied.

this was fantastic, super well done. Great job!

super cool level designs! i adore the sprite art itself, but the movement is a bit awkward. for me, it took a while to get moving, and then a second to adjust to the gravity the player has. the player sprite does glide a bit too much causing me to go flying off of platforms, but after some trial and error, I could work with it.

definitely a great start, super excited to see where it goes!

this looks absolutely amazing! from the player sprite to the level design, even the game's itch homepage, there is a clear dedication and love put into this!

My suggestion would be to add checkpoints, it can be super annoying to players to keep reloading from the start if they fall off a ledge, but this is fantastic!

Props to you for changing the game page itself, such a fun way to immerse your players! I am in love with the illustrations and that you can actually name your kitty! Such a fun addition.

I love the color palette it gives it a cozy feel, very warm and soothing. I'd love to see you push this more mostly because I want more content!

I am loving the use of time in this game! Really teaches you to be patient and goes nicely with the writing! In some parts it's almost too long and can be a bit annoying, but i am loving the execution otherwise. Great use of environment through text and transitions, definitely changes the tone of the story.

I would love to see what illustrations you incorporate. I almost wonder if it will lessen the effect of the timed text. Perhaps playing with transition times for the images will be useful.

Super excited to see how this ends up!

Excellent job overall with the game! Loved the 'shoot + not yet' mechanic, super fun way to up the ante! The illustrations are very well done and assist the theme and tone of the game wonderfully.

The sanity mechanic is real nice to have, but i would love to see you push it a bit more. For instance, in my first run (I so plan on doing more) my sanity dropped quickly and got really low towards the end. I would love to see some sort of attribute tied to low sanity levels, ie a sanity below 30 causes you to hallucinate or have to reexamine a scenario, while a sanity above 80 makes you brave and gives an advantage. I think that would also make it much more impactful, instead of just a counter of sorts.

Another way to add illustrations would be to illustrate some of the items you pick up! The descriptions are super cool, but I'd love to see that bunny plush (at all stages haha) in your style! Great job!
