redownloaded the game made extra sure it was the latest update same proble

i will try deleting and redownloadin

yea so i picked up the key first and then the flash light but when i turn it on it says no battery and then im just stuck searching in the pitch blackness with no glow stick or flash light 

i keep having this problem to i grabbed the flashlight off of the floor and i have no flashlight and cant see anything i just barely downloaded the gam
