Game is neat but healing is WAAAAAAY too centralizing right now because of how punishing of a death spiral losing dudes is.

Get rid of permanent death for dudes between rounds and you fix this issue. 

100% game is a complete grind fest for no reason. 

Aging is also so damn slow it may as well not be a mechanic. People are getting megas at age 3/50. It's ridiculous.

Aging is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too slow. 

Needs to be like...10x faster. Minimum.
