That's quite fair lol. I wanted bones to be a bit of a sticking point to make decisions and rationing of resources, but maybe overcorrected (Especially since what land produces what resource is very vague, 10-fold for the first couple rounds!) So I think this could have been a great solution! I think compared to last year, lack of time for playtesting was one of the things that hurt this game the most, since we barely got to iterate on the original design. Great feedback!

Well thanks! And yeah, the comic was one of the last things added and I think that's a simple thing we could have picked up on and would've been able to have been added that should've been. The resources having some retro jank felt appropriate at the time and maybe could have been elaborated in the tutorial, but I think adding icons for what they produced if hovered over would have been the way to go now. And there ended up being a bit cut due to time with more of a heads up on what was coming enemy-wise for the waves and maybe occasional stragglers, but there were a couple fires we had to put out last minute that unfortunately took priority lol.

Great feedback though! If there was one thing I wish our team got this year, was more of a chance to test and refine the gameplay loop and identify issues, but am glad we were able to finish!

My favorite game of the jam so far!! Loved evolving my strategy more and more as the ramifications of interactions set in. Great job!

Pretty interesting game! Took a bit to figure out some of the mechanics, but gonna boot this up again later to try ang get better at it. Seems like a game you can get quite good at. 👀

Nice little experience to try and learn the ins and outs of the movement. Could see this smoothed out and expounded on a bit!

Very pleasant little experience!

Great original idea that I would love to see to completion!

A very emotional game that while being very simple and intuitive in its mechanics, has a very high skill ceiling and is engaging from hour-one to hour-twenty.

It's ok.

Hi, I bought and thoroughly enjoy the platforming pack and it's working great except I can't seem to get the chat to work. When I press Enter, all player inputs stop until enter is pressed again, but no chat is displayed ever. It also doesn't seem to be working on the demo. Is there something obvious I'm missing?
