oh that's neat! i often end up naming files differently for whatever reason, but will be keeping this in mind for future work

Personally I think a still thumbnail of the first frame would be better, cause i'd imagine it gets kind of overstimulating if multiple animations were on screen at once
and while this is probably a bit harder/more work to implement, I think it'd be neat to make it so it's animated when you hover your mouse over it maybe?

So far it seems any animated gif i import does not generate a thumbnail

I think this is a neat tool! my only real complaint with it so far is i wish i could choose which filetypes to import when I select a folder

For example, I'd like it if there was a way to make it ignore all .clip files when importing. For now my workaround is manually hiding them after the fact but it'd be a lot handier if there was an option to pick file types, i think!
