Oh good call! It'll probably scale a little differently because I had to really finely place things to fit 8.5"x11".
I just rendered an A4 version and uploaded it as OSRIC Cheat Sheet A4 1.4.pdf

I had the same font related issue.

As for printing so you don't have to flip vertically set your duplexer to "On (short edge)".
