Roses In The Flames dev here. I finally got to see a playthrough of this game, and it's wonderful. I noticed you don't even have a community for this game. How come? It's got quite a good following. Do you plan on having any socials?

"Pursue him" Which I assume is Asher, and Gwendolyn doesn't really have a crush on Asher, it's Asher having a crush on Gwendolyn.
If you should choose to pursue Asher spoiler: ||If you choose to go and be with Asher, he would gradually fall away from Gwendolyn while focusing on someone like you,|| or in his bad ending (insert mega spoiler here) or his neutral ending while trying to get him with Gwendolyn instead.

Hello, I am Cringle Dragons, the developer for the upcoming dragon dating and war game visual novel Roses In The Flames.

The old rough demo was turned off for about a week until it was turned on again prompting a responce where our game was featured. 
I wanted to let the community know that our actual full version of the demo will be released within two months. You can find out new information on our discord server https://discord.gg/rosesintheflames where we talk about the game or other subjects every day. 

The new demo will contain all freshly made new assets and new backgrounds. Animated sprites, and half of chapter 1 and a prologue. The prologue is what this rough demo now is comprised of with additional material, and then half of chapter 1. After that, the process of building this game to its fullest extent begins. Our full game will be coupled with

- Animated sprite characters (blinking, walking, and talking.)

- Scratch made backgrounds. All of our backgrounds will be made by scratch by our artists. No public asset backgrounds will be seen in this game.

- SFX sounds will be unique.

- The final character count is 26, but this could be subject to change. There will be 7 main characters and 7 side characters, plus extras.

- Animated clips throughout the game. This could be 10-20 seconds long.

- Dragons drawn into the backgrounds to give off a ''fuller world'' vibe.

And that's our summary of our full game.

- Is our OC a human by default or can we be a dragon too?

Our main character is a human at first, but towards the middle you somehow wind up becoming a dragon, so you could play yourself as a dragon after the transformation process. And no, you can't change back.

- Are all the endings romantic or do we have platonic ones?

Yes, each character ending has 3 different types of endings. 1, you can end romantically. 2, you can end it platonically if you wish. 3, if you were an asshole on purpose, you will get the bad ending.

- Is this set in a modern world with dragons or a medieval world?

This world is set between modernity and a medieval world. So both. Some buildings in the game are human designed and some aren't.

- The dragons in display are the only ones you can interact(further) with or there are other ones? Maybe a secret dragon you get after getting all the endings?

This is not the official demo. This is a rough demo released in March of 2024. The demo now and the story now always existed even before then. This was a proof of concept, and that the real game will have over 2 dozen characters and extras. For more information please visit https://discord.gg/rosesintheflames

- If we are a human, are we the only human in the game?

Yes. All other humans according to the lore are all gone.

- Is there any ''bad'' ending?(such as dying by of the dragons)

I have thought about this, and yes, I do plan on implementing a few of those endings based upon your question.

- How exactly long will be the full version of the game? Will it be free?

The full version will not be free. Too much money was spent so far developing this game. The final game will be 20$ a copy. 

- If we do have an option to be a human or a dragon, is there a default appearance or do we get to make our own? If we appear in images, will the changes made previously affect them?

There would be several appearances on what your dragon might look like in the game. Sadly, we can't have a generator for it because there would be too many variations to implement in the code.

- Are the dragon characters capable of turning into or being transformed into humans?

No.

Comments - this is so Wings Of Fire coded, Margaret is purely a seawing, Snowy would be an hibrid between a rainwing and a icewing(maybe), Saxos and Thomas are both mixes between a nightwing and god knows what else.

No, none of our dragons are "copied" off of other designs. Our dragons are all wholly original.

Looking foward to playing the demo, currently can't, as my ''''pc'''' (more like a brick) is hanging by a thread, poor windows 7 has already runned games far too superior to it's capability, this masterpiece would finish the kill.
