Very creative! Definitely reminded me of the stanley parable but still a really fun spin on the idea! The game could definitely benefit from some better visuals but otherwise gameplay-wise no complaints really.

I did see the ending it was perfect ! I died almost immediately when the military showed up on my first try lol

Yeah I don't think we're beating those totally not pretentious allegations. That being said very cool game! Very much like animal well except you actually play as the animals and not just some blob. Definitely took me way too long to realize what you're supposed to do with the lil arrow combos you find, but otherwise I think the puzzles were pretty well made! I guess if I had any critiques I'd say maybe make it a little more clear what each animal does, cuz I feel like I ended up finding that out pretty randomly (one of them I thought was just useless for a while until I figured out what it does by chance). Nonetheless, great game Iris! Incredible you did all this by yourself!

Dude I love the whole presentation around this game lol. The way it ties into juniper's game jam video before going insane-o mode rocks! And the gameplay is super satisfying too when you line up a bunch of guys and just knock 'em all down with a 5 year old child. I LOVE how when the military shows up you can grab them and they'll just shoot out in a circle around you, such a cool way to mix up the game loop! The screen went black when I tried to grab a tank lol, idk if that was intentional. But yeah great job man! Good laughs and good game!

This game was really cool! Reminds me of coolmath games that my friends and i would play at school. One thing though, on the last level when I beat the bad guy the boss just kept repeating the same line over and over every time I clicked. Not sure if this is a bug or another time anomaly, but either way fun game! Good job dude!

the gameloop is pretty basic but i mean the game is pretty secondary to the soundtrack, which may be the greatest original work ever put over a piece of interactive media.

lol don't worry it's still funny :)

Not bad. The visuals and atmosphere were very nice but it would've been nice if something more happened. I mean once you actually notice the instruction board there's not much challenge at all, you just do what the board says. Still it's kinda satisfying, good job dude!

lol I was not expecting to get so into this but the music was too hype. Pretty fun just smashing everything but I think it would be more satisfying if you could plow through the desks and stuff rather than getting stopped dead in your tracks by most of the stuff. Otherwise though very cool game!

Thanks so much! And I hope you do beat it sometime cuz there’s a fun little victory animation I put in last minute

lol I love these goofy games like this. Honestly it doesn't control too bad, you can be some what confident when you jump that some part of you will stick the landing, trying to adjust afterwards tho is a bit tough if you're on a thin platform but such is rage games. Reminds me of when I too was a wee lad spinning through the fields. Good job dude!

yeah this is probably exactly what juniper was thinking of when she chose "spin to win" as the theme. Really cool visuals here but these kinds of games really aren't for me. Still I could tell this game was very well made so good job dude!

Really cool idea dude! Best I could do is wave 8. I like how the player gets their health back after every wave, it's very refreshing. I think the one thing this game could use is more enemy types, maybe in later levels when you have a bunch of different enemies you also land on bigger planets that have some varying terrain. One thing I noticed, you can still shoot the worm things for a little bit after they burrow underground. Otherwise the game functioned perfectly. Good job dude!

Very creative idea lol. The mechanics work well, mainly I feel the game could use some better animations. I really wanna see the terror in these dinos' eyes as they're hurling towards their heavenly demise. But still not bad, cute music too.

ok first off, insaneo break beats. But also this game is pretty sick all around. I like how dynamic the grab is, how you can grab objects and enemies, and then you can throw them if you're good or just go in close and smack enemies. I really could've used some health packs though, I lowkey couldn't beat it cuz I just couldn't make it to the boss with enough health. But still fun game dude!

lol I didn’t think to try that. But I look forward to the update! I’ll definitely give this game another try then!

I very much liked this one. I never had wii sports resort growing up, only the og wii sports so I appreciate you giving me that experience. Every other game in this jam demands something from you, even if it's pretty simple there still is some sort of win condition. But just flying around a nice island at your leisure with chill music and good flying controls is just a fun relaxing time. Good job dude!

Thanks for playing! Yeah that's the main reason that the enemies drop so much ammo is so that you can load up way more than you need and just blast like 20 bullets at four or five guys.

dude that is a great idea, I’ve been taking some notes from these comments, I’m definitely gonna make a post-jam update with this

Damn, I feel like I'll be playing this one for a while now whenever I'm bored at school or something. Seriously this game rocks dude! Playing chicken with missiles is so tense and the way the plane controls is PERFECT! Great job dude! I'd love if there was a mode where you could get upgrades quicker so you could just see how fast or powerful you can get. But still, fantastic game man!

Dude this game is so satisfying! Dashing into enemies and watching them get sent at light speed to the stratosphere was so sick. And the feel of momentum is pretty good too. And the visuals and music are soo good too, I remember hearing the one song with the "summer madness synth" when you shared it in the discord, so cool hearing it over a game this good! I do think it would be cool to have some levels to progress through, for me I really like having a clear sense of progression in games, but just battling endless enemies is cool too (I'm not really good enough at the movement for the coin mode lol). Great job peeps!

Thank you so much for the feedback! This is my first time creating an fps so I didn't know about that missing mechanic but I'll keep that in mind. Also yeah I really thought about adding a slow mo ability in but I kinda ran out of time, I'm really thinking I might update this game a bit after the jam ends. Much obliged partner.

Pretty sweet! The dragon controls are pretty good, you can get a good sense of speed going sometimes. Even with the spin move I do think it was pretty difficult to dodge some of the projectiles because they're pretty hard to see. But either way I mean it's just fun flying around burning down castles and villages and stupid peasants. Oh and I didn't even mention all the story at the beginning, always fun to have some motivation for mass murder. Good Job!

I'm kind of upset how good I got at this by the end. I mean I liked this game about as much as you can like a rage game so good job! Honestly good job on programming the tilting on the flying machine, it felt pretty natural how much it would respond with how much you tilt it one way or the other. I would say it was sometimes a little unclear where you were supposed to go but you can figure it out with trial and error. Good job!

I mean for how simple it is I'll say I like the visuals, everything is satisfyingly crunchy to look at (especially gran gran). I also like the headbobbing when you walk, it tickled my brain the right way. As for the main gameplay, if you're gonna make me spin that darn granny 4 times I'd at least wish she has something different to say. I think this game has very deep rich lore and I'd love to learn more about it from meemaw. But yeah good job, thanks for the laugh.

I really like games like these, little adventure puzzle games. I was stuck on the boulder part for a bit because it just kept killing me even though I was running but eventually I just got through so whatever. Also I have no idea what you were supposed to do in that final room. I mean I guess I did it and won but I have no idea why what I did worked, I was just running back and forth. I really liked the beginning of this game though, with how you have to pay attention to the surroundings to avoid the spikes, very cool. Good job guys!

This game is very cute, and something pretty relatable. First off this game just feels very well made, every input has a satisfying reaction from the game. I will say tho the spinning mechanic feels kinda useless since you get a very graceful window to switch tabs when a coworker sees you, still cute though. Good job!

I love how you took this simple idea and found just a few neat ways to change it up a little. Having a little dog running around barking or just kicking a ball into a goal are the icing on the cake that make this game just a bit more than a neat idea. Great job dude!

Very cool idea! Makes me wanna go get vinyls of my favorite albums and get them decorated (I don't have a record player lol). But yeah I mean it's pretty easy, I'm sure you weren't going for difficulty but without any real challenge I think the game was a little too long to keep me engaged. It could use something to switch it up a bit, maybe more orders with more abstract descriptions. But yeah good game, and great job guys!

I feel like this game is just kinda brutal to play. I mean the valves turn painfully slow and turning one valve makes one number go down but another go up. But then also you gotta turn the other valves to even be able to see the numbers going up or down. Idk maybe it's just not for me. I think this game would do better if it was just more inherently satisfying to turn the valves, make them feel more effective to use.

Thanks so much!

Dude such a cool use of the theme! Reminds me of the donkey kong game in nintendo land if you somehow played that as well. One critique, the art style is cool but I feel like the lack of depth perception made it a little hard for me to judge where the ball was at times. Also the little launch pad things were a little inconsistent, sometimes they sent me flying back to the beginning. But other than that stuff great game dude!

Man I really like the idea for this game, when you finally get spinning with speed it's pretty fun to smash enemies and bounce off the walls and start spinning the other way, but it's kinda too hard right now. Mainly because of the ranged enemies, it's pretty difficult to consistently dodge or hit their projectiles so you die pretty quick when they show up (or at least I did). But yeah this idea definitely has potential, I'd love to see it updated once the jam's over! btw I love the lil guy's walking animation

I feel like the mechanics are a bit unfair here. The zombies want a specific dish but you can only cook what you spin on the wheel, so if you spin the wrong dish for both slots then you just can't serve the right food. Also every time I served a zombie the wheel landed on the exact same spot on get eaten, idk if it's hard coded to land there or I'm just very unlucky. I did like the qte idea though for fishing, I think with some extra effects it could be really satisfying. Overall a cute little game, good job!

Dude I love the animations for this game! Especially in the first level the way the character looks where you point the flashlight and will do a little backwards walk if you walk the other way is so cool! The second level felt a bit random because you move way too slow to dodge the fish. And the third level could definitely use better instructions but at least you addressed that on the itch page. The ending kinda pissed me off ngl but I was a very big fan of using the mouse to draw platforms (reminded me of an old ben 10 flash game). But yeah great game man!

I really like the idea but the game seemed a bit buggy when I played it. It was very difficult to crank the projector and I couldn't grab the film out of the projector to unscramble it, so I couldn't progress very far. Still I think this idea has good potential!

haha this one was fun! I like how you just don't explain the beer mechanic to people so I'm assuming most would do like I did and just click all the beers when they play the first time. But yeah the movement is not bad, it could use something to make keeping momentum feel better but I'm not sure what, I don't have any experience with 2d platformers. One little issue I had was when I hit a wall, when trying to jump over the wall the character would not move laterally, so I'd have to backup then jump. But no biggie, good job man!

Damn I definitely wasn't expecting any horror games in this jam but not bad dude. I'd say I was more stressed than scared tho because I just didn't want to lose my progress. But hey I won't lie my heart was pumping at the end making a mad dash to the exit door. One suggestion, I'd say give the player at least one place to hide in the beginning hallway, because on my first try I immediately got cornered by the guy there with nowhere to go.

Thanks so much for playing! Yeah game balance is definitely not my strong suit, I get used to the game and tune it to my own play style but I’m definitely gonna work on that for my next game. Thanks for the feedback!

Wow thanks so much!
