its a metaphor about a trans guy(assumedly) was "replaced" by a fake version of himself by his mother who refused to accept him so he "killed" them (which could be a metaphor for lashing out or something similar and talking to her about himself more or less peacefully)

i may be stupid but how do you save?? are u supposed t o just play in one run or can you save somehow? sorry if the answer is obvious i just cant find a way to save
