idk if heart event give stat to the characters but they feel like they don't.

Imo they should gain more moves/power as you advance with them.
and if they already give bonuses with heart event it would be cool to know what it is
overall loving the game and the character

Haste reduce items cooldown by a %, I think 100 haste cut your colldowns in half
