Hello, sorry for the long wait, I did multiple scans with Microsoft Defender and it came up clean every time. If you want you could try to scan it with your own antivirus to be doubly sure. I think it is just a false positive.

Okay, I scanned the files with Microsoft Defender multiple times and it showed nothing so I do think it is clean and just a false positive. If you want to you could re scan it using your own software.

Is it possible that it would work if you right clicked on the application and pressed run as admin? Maybe try extracting the files in downloads or desktop location? or try running the files without extracting. This could also be hardware related. Are you positive your device can run the game? If yes, try looking if its using the right graphics card in Nvidia control panel or AMD if you own that one.

What is considered "Modern gpu"? I have a older gtx 1650 mobile and do not know if I can run this game. If someone could give me a more specific description, that would be greatly appreciated!

it happened to me once with a different game, I had to delete that antivirus, soooo.. yeah but now my computer is completely fine.

This game is amazing! Saw a youtuber play it, thought it was super cool and immediately downloaded it!
