The only qualm I have is that usually the judge can't argue a case, but the plaintiff is the accuser and the witness is the maid and then there'd be a lawyer who argues with the evidence, the judge would be the one who makes the desicion on whether she lives or not. So the judge is a neutral party. Watch Judge Judy or Extraordinary attorney woo.
