Ah, good to know! Thanks!

No problem! Will do!

No problem! :-)

Thank you for the feedback!

This was our first game ever so between troubleshooting and time constraints we ended up really forcing the player's hand with the dialogue choices. This is definitely something we want to improve!

Glad that you  were still able to get a laugh out of it! :-)

Thank you!

I drew the backgrounds, interview topic cards, and Caitlin,  but my artists-in-training (children) drew the 2 candidates! (We're all learning pixel art and game design together.)

No problem!

No I haven't completed it... it's very difficult, plus I'm not the most skilled at these types of games to begin with... I need an easy-mode! :-)

This is a fun and challenging puzzle game!

I really liked the sound design - it created a nice immersive atmosphere!

I especially liked reaching level 6 of 5! :-D All kidding aside, this was really well done with a unique game mechanic!

Great job!

This is cute!

I think it definitely has a lot of potential! I think it would be nice to add a sound effect when the player reaches population milestones.

Right now the game doesn't end after supposedly maxing out the map... apparently some tilespaces are not fully visible to the player (i.e. off-screen, underneath text), but are still clickable. I  recommend making a more defined boundary to prevent this from happening in the future.

I'm definitely interested in seeing where you go with this!

I had fun with this cute aquarium game!

The fish animation is really fun and the little dude watching the fish really captures the sense of awe one experiences when staring into an aquarium! Love that addition!

I liked that you clearly explain the objective and controls within the game.

I recommend adding a sound effect for grabbing the fuel pellets.

Overall, a fun game with a chill atmosphere. Great job!

This was a lot of fun!

The sound design/ambiance is great - does a really good job of setting the stage and letting the player "fill in the blanks" with their imagination.

Well done!

(By the way, I noticed a bug: you can get the reward over and over by repeatedly selecting "Visit Eldric the Olde" at the end.)

Very cool! I low-key need this soundtrack... definitely creates a chill atmosphere.

Cool art style, too!

I had some trouble playing because I couldn't figure out how to exit the buildings but overall still a very nice experience, especially because of the music! Great job!

This is so cute!! The artwork is amazing! I liked the idea of protecting your tiny planet.

I thought the character walking around the planet on the main menu was a nice preview of gameplay.

I felt like it could have been a little more challenging. Perhaps you could make it more difficult to mine gold?

(By the way, I noticed that the Settings button didn't do anything when clicked.)

Overall, a really cute, super fun game! Great job!

This is cute!

I really like the main character design, especially the running animation - it kinda looks like speedwalking! :-)

I also liked that you incorporated the control instructions into the background of the game.

I did encounter some bugs along the way... mostly getting stuck on the rock or the walls, but I still enjoyed playing!

I recommend changing the text color on the health bar to make it easier to read.

I didn't know what I was doing most of the time, but the free falling and looping is super satisfying! I spent an embarrassing amount of time just jumping around because I enjoyed free falling so much! :-)

This is a super polished game!

I definitely get the retro vibes on this one, for sure!

I recommend choosing a different color for the main character as the purple is a bit hard to see on the dark background. That being said, I do like the overall color palette!

One thing that would be nice to see would be the enemy's health bar during battles. (I don't know if that's historically accurate for the genre though?)

Regardless, this is a really well-put-together game. Great job!

Wow! Super polished and very fun!

I really enjoyed playing this game! The controls were nice and fluid and the visual effects and sound design were super satisfying.

Great job!

I really like the premise here! I found the controls to be pretty fluid, but had a lot of trouble defeating the enemies...could definitely be a skill issue, though! :-)

I recommend adding something to the background so that the player can tell when they're moving.

Keep at it - I think you're definitely on to something!

Cute wordplay!

I liked the premise of the game and thought it was pretty fun to play. I did find the controls pretty frustrating, but I stuck around because I wanted to see how big I could grow my planet!

The bugs were super annoying to shoo away, but in retrospect, this was actually a pretty good simulation of certain bugs... there are definitely some types that seem to stick around too long when you try to shoo them away. :-)

I really liked the visual of the growing planet size at the end of the game to show the level you achieved... I think it would be cool to show each size name along with the animation.

Good job!

This game was incredibly well done!

I really liked the opening art + story. It did a great job of setting the stage!

The little rover was too cute! I had a lot of fun exploring and making discoveries on the planet and the battery charging mini-game was a really nice add, too!

I did get stuck when it came time to upgrade my equipment. I could not figure out which key to press to select the upgrade. Eventually I figured out that it was left-click, but this wasn't very intuitive for me, especially since everything else involved the keyboard. (I played the browser version, by the way.) Once I figured that out, everything else was smooth sailing. Very fun!

I loved the chill vibes in this game! The music is very relaxing and the overall sound design is calm and cozy. The little slime character seems to have it all figured out... low-stress and living off the fat of the land! Very cute!

Possible bug: I noticed  that the character is able to go off-screen on the right side. (I played the browser version.)

I really enjoyed this game!

Loved the music, especially the flutes... definitely brought a lot of charm! The gameplay is very interesting, I especially liked the idea of falling onto lower branches to revisit previous levels.

The puzzles are pretty challenging. The sticks being one-use-only definitely added to the challenge!

I recommend adding an indicator to help the player keep track of the number of each item in possession.

This game was a lot of fun, with a mind-bending racetrack!

The soundtrack made me feel like I was so cool, even though I kept getting mixed up on the course. :-)

I definitely appreciate that the game was really forgiving even when driving off-track.

Well done!

I had a blast playing this game! It was super fun and very intuitive.

The game has a nice sense of progression.

I especially appreciated the wonderful, immersive sound design. The NPCs were lots of fun - I laughed out loud at the scrubs reference!

I recommend some sort of confirmation/feedback when using the bank. (This was only really noticeable because all other items have immediate audio/visual feedback.)

Great job!

Brilliant little game! The Mondrian design immediately caught my eye and the music and sound design drew me in.

The gameplay is addictingly frustrating - seemingly simple on the surface but actually pretty challenging to get right.

I recommend adding a reset button to the levels as mistakes are not easily forgiven. :-)

This was a cute game concept! I think it definitely has potential.

As a player, I had a hard time figuring out what the conditions needed to be met to not lose.  I just tried my best to keep the bear from attacking, but boy is he ruthless! I tried to make a barricade to keep him away from the villagers but he always found a way to attack! (I'm sure this could be remedied by building a house but I never had enough resources. haha)

Keep up the good work!

This game immediately piqued my curiosity - I just had to know what would happen next! The attack sound effects were really funny and definitely added to the charm. I liked that the music was understated and added intrigue. Well done!

This was a cute game! I enjoyed the music - it especially paired nicely with the timed nature of the game. The controls were fluid and the little character was fun to watch navigating the map! (By the way, the in-game control hints were well placed and a very nice touch!)

It was a little difficult to find other stages but the frustration was rewarded by the surprising jump to the next stage!

I did notice a bug: the music stopped playing after retry but background sounds did start back after entering the next stage (stage with the trees).

Thank you so much! This was our first game so we just tried to have fun with it! Glad you liked it!

Haha! Thank you! We're glad that you appreciate our goofiness!

Thank you! This was our very first game so we tried to have fun with it. Glad to hear that our silliness was well-received!

Thank you so much! Glad you liked it!

This was a really cute and fun game! I especially appreciated the clearly defined goal of reaching $10,000. I played on desktop, but think this would be really fun to play on mobile, too!

I recommend putting an overlay under the settings menu so it's easier to read if clouds are in the background.

Another nice-to-have would be an in-game help menu with the list of controls.

Great job!
