Sorry, im assuming from here on that I've completely misunderstood the entire position of WCA. So you're saying the game itself and its systems are actually completed and that you've just been adding on to them?

Can you please clarify- is this 'DLC' a paid DLC? If not, the  why is it not just called a core part of the experience?
