Weird, since every time I've ran into one its just a normal enemy. I assume the red skull is supposed to be a big boss, since it doesn't move and only seems to appear on the last floor. Seen none of the boss enemies despite clearing the coloured skulls and combing each floor to make sure I didn't miss one

is there supposed to be bosses in the demo? Not seen any despite basically fighting all enemies in all floors in all dungeons. 

If you enter the right side of the map trough the top entrance first, you'll get soft-locked since the you can't open the way out from that side and you can't go back trough the top entrance.

The parts of the map where you unlock the entrance/exit are undiscovered
