The concept is interesting, hints of the story are cool. However, the writing itself is meh, unnecessarily excessive, seems like some weird translator. Minigame is annoying, UI requires too many clicks, and most graphics look like placeholders, which is kinda major in this type of game. Couldn’t download unlocked content.

What was the point, then? Literally. What kind of points did you hope to score? You read a conversation where I patiently kept answering to a troll, who had no business commenting in the 1st place, and you decided it was worth your time to tell us both we’re equally brain-dead in your eyes. Thus, becoming another troll. Is it a self-value issue? Here: you’re a wonderful human being and a valued member of society! I hope it helped.
Says who? It’s the only thing I published for free, because I was showing people at work that it’s a great exercise, that can be done with any unfamiliar programming language under an hour. Besides, you didn’t publish a single title, so who are you to judge people by their Itch profile? Enlist to one of my introductory courses, and you’ll be making just as boring games in no-time.
Wow, you really are slow. It doesn’t matter if it’d stop anyone. The only thing that matters, is if the freaking age modal actually shows - it’s enough for the creator to avoid consequences for showing pr0n to people, because that’s how law currently works. It’s legal to show people pr0n, it’s illegal if they didn’t want it.
You slow, or something, mate? The game still has incorrect genre, but back then it didn’t have tags - not even #Adult, #Erotic, #NSFW, which means Itch didn’t show an adult content warning when you opened it. Mislabelling porn like that can have real legal consequences. You should know that as a “Studios”.
I’d like more mechanics described, e.g. what exactly stats or skills do, etc. But other than that, it’s a surprisingly immersive game. I didn’t expect I’d get into a clicker with RPG stats but I somehow did.
Current struggles:
- don’t know how to get books
- save scamming takes a lot of clicks… like a lot! 😆
What I’d like to see in the future… other than more in-game descriptions and obvious things, like more graphics, because e.g. Jae’s wardrobe at night doesn’t update (or was that Mae?)… is probably some kind of online ranking so I could compare myself to other people money- and skills-wise.
Also, a dedicated dark theme might be cool because I use Dark Reader (Firefox plugin) and the white letters on white+gray texture it generates sometimes renders text unreadable.
Congrats on a really cool game!
The premise of the game (puzzle boxes) is implemented quite okay. Controls could use some polish. I don’t like the theme. Web version has issues:
- no full screen
- doesn’t scale with browser scaling
Didn’t check other builds or if they’re available. Moving on because it’s a struggle to play it on a 4K screen.
