The artstyle is amazing. I am only having some issues with the encounter controls. In the description it says space to jump, but it seems to attack instead(?). I would suggest to have one clear key for each action.

I was a bit confused on the goal of the game in the beginning, and the upgrades on the right were not too straightforward to understand too. But I got the hang of it. I adore the art style and the little popping sounds. It brought me back to my teen years, when I used to play this kind of games a lot.
I think the game is quite nice in general. I don't like card games that much, but this is more of a memory. But this is all subjective, so let's go to a concrete suggestion. I find it quite frustrating that when I remember that both cards are bad, I can't reshuffle. It feels like the game is punishing you even when you are doing good. I don't know if this was the intention, but something to consider. But nice job!
I wanna be optimistic and think that you are at your first game dev experiences and decided to use AI as a tool for help. AI is great in helping you get started in something as difficult as game development, but I think it's really important that you use it for the right things. Code creation is great (if you are a beginner, you should still later learn how to code), but put more creative effort in it. The description of the game was clearly AI generated, and I fear the idea too (and if it is not, this is clearly the same as agar.io. Copying games is a good beginning, but maybe not for a game jam).
As someone else said, a comment about the game itself, is that it feels quite boring as the only thing you can do right now is grow big by eating the small circles, and not the other players. I would start the game with more ai players of different sizes to make it more dynamic.
