Even finding the key doesn't let me unlock the door, is that a bug?

Any clues on the fourth bottle's clue or that ending where Veleno and Clara get nabbed?

The first bottle is in Nessie's closet, if you open it with the screwdriver you get from the janitor. The next one is in the globe in the library, but you'll need smth from the basement to open it. The third bottle is in the chef's room, the top right furnace-thing at the very top of the room.

The fourth bottle's clue eludes me...
