This is "Spotty". 

She was hired to make jump-scares for haunted house setups. After every review says "Details are horrible, and it is NOT scary!", Spotty goes insane and starts making monsters. She takes her own life, and her family gets very worried, and doesn't know what happened to her. Her ghost still roams the house on the hill.
