This was lovely. This made me miss going to book stores. I used to go with my mother every time we got paid. We would read some of the books we bought while drinking iced coffee and talking about how we were feeling, but then we grew apart, and I stopped going. I should start going back. I love queer fiction, I love horror, I love queer horror. We don't have nearly enough queer horror stories, so I'm really excited to play the full game.
The demo hit so hard. As a non-binary person, I related so much to Kite. The art is absolutely gorgeous and the music is so soothing. Sometimes, I just stopped playing just to gawk at the art and appreciate the music. I love Lain and Kite so much, they're so cute! I can't wait to play the entire game!
Thank you so much! For so long I hoped to find a game where, not only could I smooch/date/befriend monsters, but I could actually pick my own pronouns instead of just picking from he/him/his, she/her/hers or they/them/their. I use neopronouns (sometimes, since I'm genderfluid) and the second I was asked to type out my pronouns, I knew this was gonna be one of my favorite games ever. 💛♡💜🖤
