Corpse Ocean is  dripping with atmosphere! It progresses at just the right pace, establishing a sense of serenity early on, only to subvert this as gameplay progresses. The scares are really well done and offer a nice mix of sudden, shocking moments with prolonged periods of dread. The change from spooky to normal, as well as a certain blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, make you doubt your character's sanity, making the game feel thematically Lovecraftian. Great job!

Also, here's a link to my video. It's not a Let's Play, but rather a synopsis of my gameplay experience with my thoughts sprinkled throughout :)

So the 15-20 minute story took me a lot longer to read through haha! It was really interesting to experience this psychological approach to horror, I think you captured the feelings of anxiety and dread really well. I also appreciated the body-horror, fish monsters too! The designs were really quite bizarre (in a good, creepy way!); great visual style :)

That's great news! I'm glad your visual novel has had such a positive reception :)

Really enjoyed this! It really hit home with the Scooby-Doo vibes and the art style was impressive - it looked super professional, as though a lot of effort was put into it. I'd love to see more from the character's in a continuation of their misadventures, I can only imagine the trouble that Kaleb get's everyone into haha!

Great addition to the Cage-Face series, and I really enjoyed the side-scrolling gameplay this time around! It was really interesting how the Cage-Face world was expanded but at the same time many things were left to our imagination... like why does Cage-Face make people feel sick and what is that bird call!? Personally, I think Cage-Face was a miner who maybe died due to carbon monoxide poisoning (hence why people feel ill around him) and the bird is a canary - like the ones miners take into caves! Although exactly what he is now is still anyone's guess haha

Great little side-scrolling game with a really nice pixel style - also when a certain someone went through a certain transformation I got major Coraline vibes!

This was such a fun little game, it was really cool to get more of an insight into Blather's fear of creepy crawlies... and the ending was really wholesome!
